Our Culture

The PACS team understands post-acute care. That’s because we’ve been in the post-acute industry for decades, on both the clinical side and the corporate side of the business. We recognize the challenges of providing excellent care using evidence-based practices, efficiently managing a tight labor market, running a therapy department, ensuring effective documentation and keeping up with ever-evolving regulations.

To us, helping post-acute care businesses thrive is personal. We believe that enabling businesses to optimize their practices only leads to better patient care.
